AMB not on TV
Well it turn out that our TV ad was actually a print ad, so Mick and Chris didn't get to do the Toyota Jump thing. The shoot was out in the Megalong Valley in the Blue Mountains, absolutely unreal place - it's beautiful country and we're keen to get out and explore the trails on offer. There'll be pics of our fifteen seconds of fame up very soon.

Mick back from Spain
Mick will return from Spain today, no doubt with tales of Sangria, beaches and trails. Chris will make him jealous of course with tales of 13hr days and wet, wet Sydney weather. Not to worry, the magazine is coming along nicely and the next issuse is shaping up to be a ripper. We've just had a bunch of new exciting bikes turn up for us to test too, including the incredible Orbea Occam and the new Carver Bikes 27.5 inch-wheeled Killer B. Looks like it'll be another monster issue! If you've got a moment, go check out http://www.chrisbennyimaging.com/, we did some shots with him on Saturday morning and the results were incredible.

Back from Melrose, SA
Chris returned from Melrose this afternoon, after three days of Fat Tyre Festival in the small South Australian town. What a massive dose of riding! Over the three days there was a lot of time in the saddle clocked up. Chris rode our test Cannondale Moto and whilst it was probably too big a bike for the smooth terrain it performed superbly. The final day of the festival included a 60km circumnavigation of Mt Remarkable in the pouring rain and the mud was intense. With nowhere to wash the bike before the flight home it found its way into the shower. We in no way condone getting nude with your bike, but sometimes you've got to do what you've got to do.

AMB gets airborne
Well, well, well. Our fantastic new deputy, Mick Ross, is off to Spain to cover the new Scott Genius product launch...he'll be lounging on the beach about an hour north of Barcelona, eating vine leaves and occasionally riding a bike on some fantastic trails. Meanwhile your Ed is off to South Australia for the Melrose Fat Tyre Festival. Check out the details at www.otesports.com.au. I'm most looking forward to rounding up sheep on my bike...I wonder how the Cannondale Moto I'm testing will handle all the sheep poo?
